I just recently started to get some shroomies, my goal is to take them for depression and anxiety, does anyone know where can I find information of how to start micro dosing ? How much do I need to take ? Do I take them daily?….
I got some capsules to make pills to take, Do I take them every day ? How many milligrams can I take to microdose with pills ? 💊
