Uncharted 2 Remastered bug

I’m playing though the uncharted collection and enjoying it so far but I’ve hit a wall in uncharted 2.

On chapter 14 (tunnel vision) the prompts for the quick time event (qte) with the boss don’t show up. I’ve seen other youtubers completing it and the prompts came up for them so I’m pretty sure it’s not me just being late. I’ve tried many times and also attempted to use the glitch that skips chapter 13 and 14 but it didn’t work. I was playing on crushing but now have lowered my difficulty to easy and I can’t complete the qte on that either.

Any help would be appreciated and I’ve attached a YouTube video similar to what I’m experiencing. I’ve also contacted naughty dog but their support is dreadful and they haven’t replied to anyone in over 3 months.
