Add new HDD without parity
Post Body

Hi all,
Let me first say that i'm not a guru in Unraid. I dont have any expierence at all.
Right now i have a PMS on my own build UnRaid server that has around 70TB without parity.
Everything is working perfectly atm. I also have Radarr, Sonarr, Tautulli etc installed through dockers.
I'm not asking for advice regarding backups etc. i know my risks.
However;
I want to add a new 16/18TB HDD and copy/cut 2 "old" HDD files to the new one. So that i can use the old ones again for new content.
Are there some things that i need to be aware of?
What i had in my mind right now;

- Shuck the new HDD
- Install in machine
- Make sure its visable in Unraid/format
- Cut one or two libary files (movies) to the new HDD
- Refresh again all metadata

Is it as easy as it sounds or do i miss steps?
Please explain me like a 5 year old. I would like to learn instead of break anything and build op again.

Cheers!
