Docker - Use Container GUI or CLI?

Post Body
So right now I'm hosting a debian VM as a qdevice for my proxmox cluster, but it's not really necessary to have all the overhead for just the corosync. I don't see any community apps for just corosync but I've seen a few dockers for it. Would it be better to just install it on the CLI and configure it, or is there a way to pull from Docker Hub and make a clean, GUI container for it?
Google searches say that there at least used to be a drop down option to check Docker Hub? I don't see that anymore.
