Some advice on how I should properly configure my hardware for my use case (4x8TB hdd, 4x2TB nvme, 1x256GB nvme, 32GB ram) (steam cache, plex server)

I obviously don't need to use all that hardware. Those nvme drives won't do much for me, but I just wanted to detail what was available to me.

My primary goal is to setup the 4x8TB HDDs with one parity drive as my main storage. Then, I wasn't sure how to split up the plex and steam cache (lan cache plugin). Should I use one 2TB nvme for a plex cache, appdata, and transcoding? And use another 2TB for a cache pool? Would that be too much? Maybe use one 2TB drive for a cache pool and then the 256GB driver for plex?

My goal is to work with what I have rather than buy more, so that's out. Also, I will be streaming in 4K HDR for plex. Bear in mind, my network is only 1 GB (my plans to upgrade my wire is way in the future).
