Lan to Lan

So I have opnsense running in a VM and I want to connect unraid lan direct to a spare nic in opnsense as I'm having massive issues with my netgear wifi switch causing latency .... i think its just doing to much....but I can't get the two to talk despite both lans lighting up indicating signal.

I've confirmed with the opnsense sub that setup is correct. Is there something I need to be doing within unraid,?

So Old switch Lan 192.168.1.1 Dns 192.168.1.152 Sub 255.255.255.0 Range 192.168.1.1 - 254

New Lan 192.168.1.2 As above for all else
