Unraid Connect Remote Access: One server has, one does not

I have remote access to 'manage' one of my servers only

Alien server does have access

TGTB Server does not have access

can manage

While the setting for remote access is actually 'OFF' on this server

Alien Server settings (can manage)

TGTB Server (cannot manage)

This servers setting for remote access I have tried all options but it will not work. Also I have CGNAT, but that doesn't explain how I do have access on Alien Server

Now this is not very important, as I use Tailscale and / or Cloudflare for remote access anyway, but just curious whats going on here
