So In unordinary we know of exactly one agency that exists in their worlds government, the authorities (who I'm going to assume are just the universal police force for the entire country, like a super buffed FBI. And then after we learn of that we don't really get anynore info on how the world actually works in the story I'm assuming the government type is a form of oligarchy since that seems to fit best, the only other system in place seems to be some form of basic market system( probably capitalism or a weird form of feudalism), and then a school system, (they never mention anyone of higher authority at wellston than the headmaster Vaughn and the authorities talk about replacing him) so I'm assuming the authorities have some power to do that or there is another agency like an education department that handles it, But other than the unclear workings of the school system, and the implied systems of economy and government, I'm not really sure if the country they live in even have a government other than the authorities. Because a lot of the country lives in a state of anarchy. I'm pretty sure it's not a monarchy because no one ever even implied that it is, and it wouldn't make much sense given the story and setting And it sure as hell isn't a democracy because of the blatant disregard of anyone who isn't an elite or high tier. This also means it's a not socialist economy because of the democratic nature of socialism. It's not communist because of the disregard for low and mid tiers. It could be a plutocratic government but I don't really see it. Does anyone have any idea how the world works in this story?
