Hosting a Plex server on campus wifi
Post Body

Okay so first off I doubt anyone here can answer my question, but you never know.

I run a small Plex server at a location that soon I will not be able to use any more (long story). I don't want to run it at my house for reasons I also don't want to get into, so I was thinking why not just bring it to school. From what I can tell from the Campus IT Policies, it's a pretty grey area on the hosting of file servers. The media on the server was uh, not obtained legally per se, but I do not plan on torrenting/seeding anything if I did have the server here at school.

I assume it wouldn't work out, but I figured I might as well ask if anyone has any experience with hosting a small media server here and getting away with it.

Thanks!
