Which 21:9 to buy, these all look similar, how to chose?

Hi everyone,

Looking to buy my first 21:9 monitor. Looking at the 34" curved options and would like to know which of the following I should choose:

Samsung Odyssey G5 34", 165Hz 1440p 1000R AMDFreesync - $739 - Link

Gigabyte G34WQC A 34", 144Hz 1440p 1500R AMDFreesync - $689 - Link

AOC CU34G2X 34", 144Hz 1440p 1500R Adaptive Sync - $589 - Link

ViewSonic VX3418-2KPC-MHD 34", 144Hz 1440p 1500R Adaptive Sync - $579 - Link

LG 34WP65C-B 34", 160Hz 1440p 1800R AMDFreesync Premium- $699 - Link

Lenovo G34W-10 34", 144Hz 1440p 1500R AMDFreesync - $599 - Link

They all look very much the same to me, they are all VA 21:9 panels with 1440p 144-165Hz, 1ms (MPRT). That ticks all my boxes, but is there other things i should be aware of?

Should I care about 160 or 165hz? or Adaptivesync Vs Freesync?

Its for work 90% of the time, so would 1000R, 1500R or 1800R be better?

Any tips appreciated :)
