Dell 4924 + 3818 & amd 6800 xt

I have 3818 and a 27" right now I'm thinking of getting Dell 4924 and doing away with the 27"
My questions are:
Will my card handle both 4924 and 3818?
I'm thinking of using dp to 4924 then daisychain to 3818 (not sure if hdmi from 4924 to 3818will do that or not) as I think my dp on my card supports the protocol to daisy chain.
If I wanted to use USB also as a hub is it powered usbs on the monitor? I guess I would need to run a USB from computer to monitor?
