AW3423DWF or wait for AW2725DF?

I have returned the AW3423DWF since it is now much cheaper (879 euros)
And I'm wondering whether to buy it again at that cheaper price, or wait for the AW2725DF (Alienware, 2560x1440P, QD-Oled, 360hz)
From what I have read, this new model will appear in January, the new model basically has more hz and by having less resolution I would get more fps in all games. What would you do? I have an I7-13700Kf along with an RTX 4080.
