OLED G9 Speakers recommendation

Hey just got my oled g9, everything looks good but speakers. I was trying to figure out how can I use speaker on it. Looks like both upstream and downstream USB doesn’t work.
I connected monitor with DP to Macbooks (work and personal) and HDMI with PC. So it’s too much work to swtich speakers around
My question is there any way to connect speakers to monitor? Or any good bluetooth speaker recommended? (Affordable and no lag)
