Dunking Biscuits

Post Body
I've recently started on my minimal UPF diet and so far so good. However like all Brits I really enjoy dunking biscuits in tea, typically rich tea, however I've noticed that nearly all brands in the UK seem to be chock full of UPF, even the ones from the high end supermarkets (namely Waitrose and Marksies) and the name brands.
Are there any brands I have missed that do biscuits that dunk well without UPFs? Or if not are they any great UPF free recipes for biscuits that dunk well and absorb tea without losing consistency?
I tried doing a subreddit search but can't see anyone else having this problem.
