For those of you who do not know much about /u/TheFrigidPenguin, he doesn't talk much, if at all. When he does though, his voices soothes and freezes everyone talking to him. Thus, in this gamemode EVERYONE can experience frigid's frigidness. You can use chat(saying anything at all) to freeze everyone else(slowness 2) other than you for 5 seconds 3 times. After that, you've used up your penguin vocal coords and must not talk ever again.

Example: Jpg decides to join a frigidpenguinchat gamemode because frigid is cool. As he finds a cave and looks around it, he spots a creeper and rushes toward it. Meanwhile, xFanboi and BaccAmastr2006 decide to have a candid conversation on who sucks more cock, and Jpg gets frozen and can't back off after hitting the creeper once. He blows up and is on 6 hearts. He goes to 0 0 and starts destroying some full diamond snowballer cause hes cool like that and decides to type in chat to freeze him. As he does, aimbot.exe crashes and jpg gets backstabbed by BaccAmstr2006, who proceeds to proclaim how much he destroyed him as his ex-lover sneaks up behind him and sticks a sword up his butthole.
