How to gather player stats from replays

As per title, I am interested in tabulating my team performance and the individual player stats (possesion %, turnovers, blocks, plus-minus) from replays. What is the most systematic, efficient way that I can do this without spending money, and doing it on my own? Also, how do I analyse the replay to help the team perform better?
