Confusion on which documents to upload on Vfs for skilled worker visa please help!!!

I am super confused about the documents to upload on vfs for skilled worker visa. I downloaded the checklist and in the documents to include in your application section it only says my passport. Does that mean Iām not uploading any documents only taking my passport to the biometric appointment? Also am I to upload my TB test or just take it with me?
