Switch to dependent in UK
Post Body

Heya, bit of a weird situation, any advice is helpful.

I've been here on a Tier 5 YMS, living with my partner while they are in University. We just found out that it looks like the new Graduate Route scheme wont allow new dependents, based on whats been published about it so far.

From the looks of it, we would satisfy the requirements to prove an unmarried partnership (been living together over 2 years, piles of photos together).

I've got about 6 months left on my visa, and she graduates in August. Would it be unlikely to be able to get on a dependent visa now so that it can carry over onto the graduate scheme, if that makes sense? Would this raise any red flags?

Cheers,
