(bad title, sorry)
I'm here on a Tier 4 (Student) visa. I got married to a Brit and we applied for my FLR(M) visa on March 20th. I completed my biometrics on March 24th. I am aware that due to the coronavirus situation, things are very slow.
It's been past the standard delivery time for me so I called the UKVI hotline to inquire about what's going on. The woman on the phone asked me for basic info about my application and said I'd receive some form of contact later on. I got an email about two hours later and it said this:
"Thank you for contacting UKVI Contact Centre.Â
Our records show your application has not yet been completed.
We are unable to advise when a decision will be made but you will be notified in writing once made. Until such time, we are unable to assist further. Should the caseworker require further information and/or documents they will contact you.
We are sorry we cannot be of further assistance at this time."
I'm a bit dumb with this vagueness. But can I assume this is just saying a decision hasn't been made and it's not saying that my online application and biometrics weren't completed?
