I am currently holding unmarried partner visa and it will expire on October 20 2025. But there is a thing: we don’t have tenancy agreement.

How can I prove that we live together?

In the past two years, we have been living in the apartment under my name, which means all the bills and council tax are under my name. In this case, how can we prove that we have been living together?

Another thing is that we have been using by different social media to contact each other, but we use Snapchat most of the time. And unsaved messages on Snapchat disappear in 24 hours. We only saved stickers and some serious conversation from time to time. Can the messages be used as proof? We have plenty of unmeaningful conversation, such as “Baby I love you.” And we have mostly saved this and cute stickers.
