Renew unmarried partner visa

We are a four-year couple trying to renew my unmarried partner visa. We succeed last time because we had tenancy agreement and council tax under both of our names.
Now the situation has changed:
How can I prove my partner (Italian EU settlement visa) and I (unmarried partner visa)have been living together if we live in my own apartment without her name on any bills?
She is not currently working as well and she doesn’t really receive letters.
