Hello all, I am switching from the ICT visa having completed the 5 years in the UK and now accepting a job offer from a company who is ready to sponsor the skilled worker visa. While I am trying to learn more about the entire process. Just wondering, would I have to take a test as part of the English language test if I already have an ICT visa stayed in the UK for 5 years. I am an engineering B-Tech graduate from a recognised deemed University in India. Does that count towards English language proficiency ? Kindly help.
