High Potential Individual (HPI) Visa vs Youth Mobility - Does one hold more weight then the other with UK employers?
Post Body

I'm eligible for the the HPI and the Tier 5 Youth Mobility visa. The HPI is almost double the price. I am wondering if anyone knows if an HPI visa would hold more value/weight for an employer? When going through the job search process on the ground in the UK, do employers ask/know the differences between different kinds of visas? Both would allow me to work in the UK for 2 years. I would essentially be able to do everything I can under the HPI visa under the Youth Mobility visa. So again, do you think the HPI visa will increase my chances of getting a job once I start applying for jobs in the UK, or do you think it won't matter?
