Is it possible to get refund of IHS?

I am on a Skilled Worker Visa which is valid until March 2025. I recently got a job offer from a new employer and I updated my skilled worker visa with a new CoS. This new CoS is valid until 2028. While making the application, I found that I was required to pay the IHS again for the period until 2025.

Basically, I have paid my IHS twice for the same visa and for the same job code for the period between March 2023 - March 2025. This doesn't make any sense to me. Could you please tell me is it possible to get a refund for the IHS for this period? Thanks! Ram
