Damage??
Post Body
I just bought a Fender Montecito as my first uke. Not realizing it came strung with a low-G, I tried taking it up to high-G and heard a distinct creaking sound. I immediately went back down and did not see any visible damage. I'm wondering if this sound indicated damage to my uke or if the string should be replaced from being stretched further than its intended use. I would appreciate any and all help here. Thanks!
