I've been in UK less than 2 years and only have one reliable plug. He is fine, quality and the prices are not bad, but recently I asked him can he front me some weed(not even much, 30 quid) for like a week so I can pay him back when I get paid, which he refused immediately. So I'm just curious, is it common in UK, cause in my home country it was normal to ask your plug to pay him later(as long as its a week or something normal like that) even if you are not friends with a plug. So I'm not sure is it just my plug or that's not the way it goes here.
