So this is just a rant. Please feel free to completely ignore this. I’m just fed up with trains here now! So many are cancelled, delayed and overcrowded (for those saying it isn’t - I guess it depends on which trains you’re taking).

I’ve been trying to stay supportive of staff and so on. However time and time again staff have been really rude. I just got home now. It’s 3am. The guy at the train started laughing at me and another couple people running to catch the train. It had the wrong platform written on the app.

The amount of times I’ve seen people being recharged for tickets for getting on a wrong train, even though they weren’t even sitting is crazy. Staff are just really not supportive. I have an issue and now need to pay extra to sit first class, not because I’m annoying but because it’s literally the only way to get a seat. I travel for work and have back problems.

Staff have been rude, insulting, it feels, at times, that they are genuinely delighted in passengers distress. That could just be after what happened tonight and the guy by the train might have just been a £:&&: however, it feels like there are much more deep rooted issues that people here just aren’t addressing.

Anyway this is just a rant. I’m fed up but have no other option but to keep riding the train.

Edit: just wanted to add that the only reason I had to run in the first place is because the underground getting to the station was delayed several times.
