A question about donating to the Ukrainian military

I am considering setting up an auto deposit from my paycheck to this account: https://bank.gov.ua/en/news/all/natsionalniy-bank-vidkriv-spetsrahunok-dlya-zboru-koshtiv-na-potrebi-armiyi
First, are we absolutely sure this money will be received by the Ukrainian military?
Second, do you think that account will continue to controlled by the Ukrainian military?
At $100 per paycheck, that would be about $2,600 per year. It’s not a ton, but I would feel really bad if that money went to the wrong people.
If this stretches out into a long ground war, would destruction of infrastructure make such transfers impossible?
