Better to pursue a different career instead of SQE?
Post Body

Hey guys,

I'm currently a 2nd year law student trying to prepare for the future. However, I'm a little older (25) plus have a daughter/family and a home to consider.

From what I've read the SQE only had a 53% pass rate as is expensive regardless, not to mention the two years work experience needed. Whilst I love my degree and learning about Law, I now feel very disheartened at the fact it seems nigh impossible to get a law focused career as I can't afford the time to volunteer for law experience, unlikely to get TC's etc.

My question is those who have recently passed, or studied Law but worked in a similar/different career what would your advice be for my circumstances? And for those people what other careers would you reccomend?

Thanks for reading
