Hi all. I was wondering if anyone could help me assess my situation here, as well as my chances of getting a TC at a top/decent firm in London.
I have a 2:1 in PPE as a Bachelor, and an MSc in Finance, both from russell group unis. Worked in analysis/research for a data startup for a bit after graduating and currently working in sales for a globally leading research & advisory firm (it does look great on the cv). However, whilst my interest in law may be strong, I have nothing concrete on my profile which might indicate that. Took a few course on forage but I kinda doubt that would be taken seriously into consideration by recruiters.
I understand that a lot of people with non-law backgrounds end up getting TCs, but I just wanted a reality check on the actual likelihood of myself obtaining one at a top firm without previous law experience of any kind, simply based on the profile I've just described to you.
Thanks a lot in advance!
