The Intermediate Track
Post Body

I've been looking into the new Intermediate Track and there seems to be little information as to how it would operate other than the quantum of claims it would cover and the fixed costs proposed by Jackson in 2017.

With the reform supposed to be coming in April initially (now delayed until October) I would have hoped there would be a new CPR rule ready so we can look at how it will work in practice but so far nothing!

Can anyone recommended any good resources on this?
