Left without doors on an HMO. Anything I can do?
Post Body
I'm renting a room in an hmo, and have been for two years. This week the landlord sent workers to replace the doors with firedoors as per regulations. They have removed the old doors, but apparently the new ones only arrive next week. So we are left in an HMO with no doors between our rooms.
I understand this work needs to be done, but it seems like a weird situation. Any worker or tenant can look and enter my room with ease at any time. Is there anything I can do about this? Seems like an odd situation.
