I work on the other side of the hill Monday through Friday. I would like to spend weekends occupying one room in the house and on national holidays.

I'm looking for smoke / drug free, responsible folks to enjoy the house Monday through Friday. I'm open to having the same renters in two of the three bedrooms all through the week or a three month occupancy with the possibility to extend.

All bedrooms and showers / bathtubs are on the second floor accessed by stairs.

There is a small yard. The house is at the end of a cul de sac in the north west part of Ukiah.

I have some improvements to complete on the HVAC that will take a few weeks to complete. I just recently purchased the house.

A background check would be required through TransUnion SmartMove, I would check references and require deposit, plus first and last month's rent.

I'm available to show the house on weekends.
