Advice needed: Do i need to learn to drive, while learning to be an electrician?

Hi everyone, I'm going to be studying for becoming an electrician in September, however I was wondering if I needed to learn how to drive or if driving was essential in the field, I know that electrician travel a lot but I mainly wondered about whether it was worth it or not to drive would it be easier for things like carriying tools and equipment or does the equipment get delivered to your client ready for you to install/replace?
