Post Body

I feel like we need a proper street show centered around the drill scene. Proper character building and development, songs that fit in to the show without seeming forced. Something like Top Boy wheres not too on the nose and you can feel immersed.

I know that's what Drillin was trying to do, but the production wasn't the best and I struggled to feel immersed in it. I wanna see characters built up over episodes grow connections for them to die, get bagged, and we lose them for a bit. The kind of emotions you feel when we lose a rapper truly or to prison.

Maybe cos I study film I feel this way. Personally if I am to be successful in the field, no matter how many years its been, I would go back to this period of time (14-21) and have to make show centered around it.
