Tobacco duty up.

From 6pm duty on cigars will be £395.03 per kilo. When we had the rise in the spring I had a box stuck with customs that suddenly 24 hours later were released after being stuck there for a week.
So if you have anything sat at customs currently it's going to be at the higher rate, and probably released in the next couple of days.
