With all the American companies well established and lobbying the UK to legalis wel will be swamped with US product. It should be UK companies only with import bans for two years so the UK can establish it's own market.

Even on Country File a few years back they showed hemp producers in the UK that have to destroy CBD plant heads (this is the only type they can grow) as they can only use the stem for insulation. Then they have to import CBD raw oil from Afghanistan which is supposed to be THC free to find it does and have to get it removed before CBD product production. No one monitors the imports as it is at the moment. The laws needs changing in favour of UK companies.
