Riding around Hyde Park at night

Hello everyone! I’ve recently gotten back into cycling after only having done it as a kid. As the days are getting shorter, would you say it’s safe to cycle around Green and Hyde Park in London at night past rush hour - say 7/8/9 PM? Or is it best to stick to main roads?
