Any recommendations for Understanding the Creative Arts courses?

I am taking a lot of engineering courses this semester. I am thinking about trying to get a creative arts course. I have credit for all of the other gen-eds.
Does anyone have advice for fulfilling this requirement? I really am not a very artsy person I guess. Any nice professors, or relatively easy courses?
