Growing up, everyone always said I didn’t eat enough. Fast forward a few years, and I found myself at 120kg. Now I’m 95kg, feeling better than ever in my own skin. My grandma still tells me I should eat more sometimes, haha, but for the first time, I don’t stress about what people think when I take my shirt off.
