My one UFO sighting
Post Body

I know this says recent but this is my whole story about the one time I saw what I believe to be a UFO.

About 7 or 8 years ago when I was living on the island of Oahu in Hawaii I was seeing this girl. I lived on the top floor of a 3 story apartment building that had a little back patio. One night we decide to pull the mattress off the futon we had back there and just sleep outside.

While we're just laying there looking at the sky I see a shooting star! Or at least that's what I thought it was at first until I saw it zig-zag.

Now imagine a shooting star, you know how fast they fly through the sky right? Now imagine it zig-zagging at that speed. I'm not talking about little ~~~~~~ curves, I'm talking like ////\ then disappearing.

Naturally I posted this same story onto Facebook and one of my friends was like "you were probably just high". Yes, at the time I smoked weed but we all know weed doesn't make you hallucinate, and I wasn't drinking or on any drugs.

What makes me think this is more credible is a couple days later I was scrolling through Facebook and on one of the local news channels page they had posted something along the lines of "if you saw anything flying in the sky the other night it was military testing."

Now im not an aircraft fanatic and know everything about planes or jets, but I know that we aren't even close to developing something that moved the way that light did.

But right away I thought "Really? Military testing? That's literally the oldest excuse in the book"

Anyway, that's my UFO sighting story that I will tell to my grave.
