hello, 1st year student here...
I have been feeling so defeated as a student at UW lately and now i’m nervous about being able to succeed here for the next 4 years. I am doing fine academically....not 4.0ing anything, but for the most part I’m average or above in my classes. luckily I was DA to my major so I don’t have the added pressure of trying to get into a major, but what I plan to study will be challenging no doubt. my underlying question:
Will this all get easier?
Will comfort and confidence come with time? or will how I feel now dictate my success at this institution? I already work really hard to succeed in my classes, but if it just keeps getting harder I don’t think that I could in good health, manage the workload.
not looking for personalized help, just looking for someone who can relate.
