Spanish Learning Groups / Resources To help place in third-year

I'm currently a Sophomore and looking into taking Spanish classes through third-year proficiency since that would satisfy the Business School's CISB requirement. I've had two quarters of Spanish at a comm college, so basically right now I'd still place into 103 at best. I'd like to self-learn and get good enough to be able to place in Spanish 301 next Fall or Winter quarter. If anyone could suggest any groups around or resources to help learning speakers that would be much appreciated! Any input on Spanish classes at UW would be cool too!
