Two-factor authentication/duo issues, anyone else dealing with this/have a solution?

I had to clear my cookies trying to get an issue with my browser fixed, and it logged me out of everything. I've been trying to log back into Canvas and MyUW since yesterday, but I just get a perma-loading page with nothing in the little box that normally gives you options for how you want to authenticate (text, push, call, or whatever)! Feeling very stressed trying to get it to work and I reaaaally don't want to have to call the IT line. Are any of y'all having issues with DUO, or have you been able to solve an issue like this?
