Do not live at Highlander at North Campus Apartments
Post Body

They are an unhelpful money-grubbing organization. There are multiple instances that show how little they care about the residents and that all they want is to steal money from you. I cleaned my apartment before leaving, yet I was still charged exorbitant fees for cleaning. They charge seven dollars to replace a lightbulb. Additionally, be careful with parking because they seem to work with Brothers Towing company. When my car was getting fixed I entered the rental license plate on the website and parked in my spot and was towed. When I went to the front desk, they were rude and extremely unhelpful and told me that if you read the fine print in the move in contract that I signed 2 years ago when I first moved in that you need to have a physical pass so you need to come to the office to get one. In other words, filling it out online like it says to do does absolutely nothing. When I went to the portal to fill out the temporary vehicle parking, it did not mention anything about needing a physical parking pass. The walls are thin and you can easily hear your neighbors. Across the street you can often hear loud music and cars revving their engines at 2 am. At one point the elevator in my building was broken for over 3 months. Absolutely terrible living experience.
