My friend and I are looking for two female roommates to fill our 2B2B apartment at 972 Hilgard Avenue for the next school year. Our current roommates are graduating seniors, so we’re hoping to find people who will keep our home’s friendly vibe! Not to brag but all my friends that's visited has said that our apartment has a welcoming atmosphere :) Rent is around $1050 per month including utilities.

• We are both rising seniors in cognitive science and biochem.
• We value a nice household environment and would love to hang out with our future roommates. Let's do cafe runs and study sessions and hotpot nights together!
• We are tidy but definitely not clean freaks.
• Our apartment has two parking spots included, so you would preferably have a car.

My favorite part of the apartment is being just two blocks from Trader Joe's, which is perfect since I love cooking (and I'd be excited to cook for future roommates or host cookouts!!) DM me if you're interested or have any questions!
