Looking for 2 female roommates for off-campus apartment, 2025-2026 lease

My roommate and I are signing a lease for 471 Midvale for the 2025-2026 school year, and we’re looking for two roommates to fill the second bedroom!
Apartment Details:
- Fully furnished 2 bed / 1 bath
- Includes a kitchen, common/living room, and flat-screen TV
- Spectrum internet, WiFi, trash, and water included
- Electricity & gas not included (estimated ~$40/month per person)
- One parking spot included, additional parking negotiable
Rent: Around $1,100/month per person, slightly more or less depending on room setup.
Pet Info: My roommate has a friendly cat that mostly stays in our bedroom. Must be comfortable around cats and not allergic.
