hello! my friend and i are looking for two girls to room w us in an apartment (most likely tiverton court, 2bd/2bath) next school year! the apt comes w two parking spots that are tandem and i’ll be taking one, so there will be one free spot available! the lease starts sep 1 and ends aug 31 :) and rent will likely be around $1100/month (w/out utilities)
