Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my single master room in a cozy 3bd2ba off campus apartment on Veteran (5 min walk to the hill)!!!

I’m a third-year transfer (F) living with 2 other female transfers who are both 21 . Room comes with its own bathroom, a large closet space, and I’m willing to leave most of my furniture since I plan on subleasing elsewhere within budget.

420 friendly, no pets.

$1550/month from January-September. You may also renew the lease should you choose to stay longer (you would be taking over my name on the lease, which ends September 2025).

Parking - $75/month for spot available in tandem space.

Only other expense you would pay for is wifi which is split amongst everyone else.
