i'm currently a junior and have applied to about 10 internships without any response back. I'm trying to personalize my applications as much as possible. I'm sending connections and emails to recruiters on LinkedIn.
I see my friends applying to 100s of jobs, all with spreadsheets tracking everything. Am I cooked that it's this late in the year, and I haven't applied to 100s like they have?
honestly just want advice. what worked for you?
I went to the career center and they reviewed my resume. I don't think that's the problem. Maybe it's just a volume game, or I should try to network more and leverage the UCLA alumni network.
please let me know what worked for you in this market! 🙏
